I have been working as a freelance illustrator since 2018. During this time, I have had the privilege of working for magazines and institutions such as Reportagen Magazin, WOZ Die Wochenzeitung, Zeit Verbrechen, Various Artists Magazine, Pro Helvetia and A24 Movies. From multiverse theory and love triangles to the ambivalence of alliances and ghostly dogs, I am always trying to evolve my visual language and how it can be applied to a wide range of societal topics and narratives. Currently, I am focusing on further developing my chosen drawing technique, the airbrush, and experimenting with ways of balancing the analogue and the digital in my work.
At the Swiss Design Awards 2022 exhibition, I present various commissioned illustrations from the last four years, accompanied by enlarged fragments of my illustrations, to reflect my current working process, which is a mixture of analogue airbrush and digital collage.
