The editorial team of the special interest magazine Werkspuren promotes the teaching of design, technology and crafts in the Swiss education system with four annual print editions as well as a constantly growing online library and a newly created research platform.

Each print edition is a high-quality product in terms of both content and graphic design, dedicated to a current topic in design and technology in order to support teachers, students and lecturers in initiating and accompanying design processes. Qualified authors present the latest developments in textile and technical materials, processes and technologies, discuss didactic approaches, report on current research approaches and provide insight into their practical implementation with well-founded teaching projects.

For 40 years now, the magazine has been compiled with passion by active teachers and university lecturers, published by the werken.ch association.
