BEIGE – Le Strick c’est chic 

Beige is a textile and fashion design label founded in Zurich in 1996 by Manuela Helg and Karin Maurer. The label stands for a constant creative exploration of textiles. Each collection is a new experiment with form, colour and structure, characterised by precise craftsmanship and an independent design language.

Since the beginning, production has been carried out in Switzerland in small series or as individual pieces. Technical conditions are used as a creative element—knitting techniques are exploited to the maximum, and expressive colour combinations are developed. High-quality materials and the sustainable use of resources underline the label’s quality standards.

Beige presents itself independently in its store and is aimed at a self-confident audience. With 50 collections and tailor-made customer orders, the label remains a dynamic design space. The designers live and work in Zurich.
